St John youth is fun!
Well in an effort to convince you all how absolutely FUN St John youth is I have decided that you can't go wrong with a few piccies!
This is the national camps held in Dunedin last year, and that is me in the blue jersey having my "broken clavicle" attended to. Yes being a patient is fun!!!
This again is the test I was in. The paramedic at the left was the merker for the test sheet involving me, so I helped him co-mark.
Don't their uniforms just look so cool?

My kids need more leaders!
I have a problem with my St John youth division, I have no ADM's (assistant divisional managers)! I wanted to start back this monday night but cannot due to being a lone divisional manager with no diciples! Is there anyone out there who lives in Dunedin who would be keen to become an ADM or adult helper? ever wanted to work with 8-18 year olds? Teach first aid and many other badges? Volunteer for something in your community? Get your own very cool uniform? Get heaps of perks? If so then please contact me. My email is obrka670@student.otago.ac.nz. You can check out St John at the website www.stjohn.org.nz There is a youth section on this site which tells you all about it! We run from 6:30-8:00pm every Monday night during the school term at the Nations Church in South Dunedin.Don't worry if you think you know nothing, you'll be trained. Come along as check us out if you like!We have 27 different proficiency badges. This year I am planning to run the following badges: childcare, first aid, knowledge of the order, health care, food for health and casualty simulation. Other badges they may work towards this year include drill, camping, leadership, hobbies and community awareness.
